Our Cardiff office services the majority of the events we support in Wales and the west of England. Although this is the main hub for Wales, the chances to venture further afield to the other UK locations we operate in are readily available, meaning that no two days of work are the same. As part of the Gallowglass team, all of our crew members are provided with in-house training when they first start, as well as continuous opportunities for further training throughout their time with us. This can be in the form of further in-house training, paid qualifications and other specialist training courses that may arise. We are experts in the industry and understand that we must be at the forefront of crew training to be able to complete each job to the highest standard. This gives all team members a variety of opportunities to further their skill sets and engage in challenges to keep the working environment engaging and enjoyable.

We offer flexible zero hour contracts and competitive rates of pay that can range from £12.25 per hour (including holiday pay) plus supplements for skills and can rise to £19.25 (including holiday pay); jobs like this are rare to find outside of Gallowglass, and we pride ourselves on ensuring our employees both enjoy and benefit from working with us.
